Platform Update: Streamlined Admin Pages for Enhanced Efficiency

We’ve rolled out major upgrades to our admin interface, aligning it closely with the customer side for a smoother, more consistent experience.

Key Enhancements:

Updated Menu Structure for Improved Navigation

The left-side menu in the admin interface has been revamped to simplify navigation. Finance and Customers are now listed as standalone sections, positioned alongside CPO and eMSP sections, allowing quicker access without extra clicks. With these changes, you can now access key sections faster and with more clarity. In a future release, bulk actions for invoices and customer approvals will also be streamlined to enhance your efficiency.


Unified and Enhanced Customer Details Pages

We’ve consolidated the MSP and CPO customer details pages into a single, improved interface, ensuring a more unified experience. The redesigned page retains all essential functionalities and information, preserving familiar workflows while enhancing visual clarity and ease of use. This change enables a more straightforward approach to managing customer information, saving you time without sacrificing functionality.

Note: A device will show as “out of order” if even one connector has an error, helping admins identify and address problems quickly.

  • Remote Fixes: Resolve many issues remotely, reducing the need for on-site visits.

  • Audit trail – all blocking and delete actions are logged. Who, what, when is registered

  • Dedicated audit view for deleted customers

Platform Update: Multifactor Authentication

Multifactor Authentication (MFA) is now available to provide our users with an extra layer of protection. Here’s what’s included in the latest update:

What’s new

1. Multiple authentication methods now supported

  • Authenticator apps (e.g., Google Authenticator, Bitwarden) using time-based codes.

  • Passkeys & security keys: Leverage device-based biometric or PIN verification.

  • Recovery codes: A backup login option if primary methods are unavailable.

2. Easy MFA setup

  • Admins can enable MFA for their users.

  • Platform users can activate MFA.

3. Streamlined login experience

  • The platform now acts as a Single Sign-On (SSO), allowing users to log in once and access all connected applications (e.g., accounting, maintenance).

  • MFA works seamlessly across web and mobile.

4. Recovery & support options

  • Users can use recovery codes or request help from admins if they lose access to their MFA method.

  • Admins can manually disable MFA after verifying user identity.

5. Developer tools

Using your own app or client interface? Great news — it’s fully compatible! Just make sure it’s linked to our platform before enabling MFA, and you’re good to go!

Product Update: Exciting New Features to Elevate Your Charging Card Request Experience!

We’re thrilled to introduce a range of new features aimed at streamlining your charging card request, delivery, and activation process. These enhancements are designed to offer a more efficient and user-friendly experience for both platform and customer administrators.

Key updates:

  • Revamped centralized charging card dashboard:
    Our new, structured navigation menu, ‘Token requests’, leads you to an upgraded charging card request dashboard. This dashboard offers admins an intuitive overview of all charging card requests, complete with delivery addresses and a powerful search function. Easily filter requests by user name, email, customer name, delivery address, token UID, or token visual number.

  • Dedicated detail page for each charging card request:
    When you click ‘Assign token’ next to a customer’s details, you’ll be taken to a dedicated page that displays request details. Here, admins can conveniently link an existing charging card, create a new charging card, and bill the customer for the charging card on their next invoice – all in one place.

  • Custom delivery address option:
    End users now have the flexibility to enter a custom delivery address when submitting a new charging card request. This eliminates the need to rely on a default private or company address, ensuring more personalized and accurate deliveries.

  • New ‘In Transit’ status for charging cards:
    A new ‘In Transit’ status allows end users to easily track the progress of charging cards that have been dispatched but are not yet activated. This feature simplifies the activation process for customer admins or end users, making it easier to manage charging card deliveries and ensure a smoother user experience.

  • Immediately Activate Charging Cards: End users can activate charging cards immediately, without needing to contact customer support.
