Optimile NV, the Belgian software-as-a-service company specializing in EV charging platform management, today announces that it has become part of the DKV Mobility Group. DKV Mobility has acquired 100% of Optimile’s shares from previous shareholders BNP Paribas Fortis and AG Insurance, effective 30 April 2026. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
